Interested in Training with Me?

You don't become an amazing birth assistant overnight. It take time and experience.
However, with my program, focus skill development and group coaching to keep you accountable you will get faster results to prepare you to work with community midwives and our birthing families than you would on your own.
Black Sisters Birth Academy® Online Birth Assistant Program is an online curriculum-based program designed for aspiring Black midwives and aspiring birth assistant that need a predictable program to get them working competently as a midwife's birth assistant.
Most of my students in this program are either looking for a nurturing environment to develop their skill set with likeminded women who look like them and a place to call home to build community and network with other birth workers.
This program takes the guesswork out of birth work and provides you an advantage on your pathway to becoming a midwife.
In order to qualify to for the Online Birth Assistant Program, you must:
Be a Black woman, 18 years old or older.
Be a High School graduate or the equivalent or higher.
Be an aspiring community midwife (Traditional Midwife, Certified Professional Midwife, Certified-Nurse Midwife, or Certified Midwife) or aspiring birth / midwife's assistant.
Be driven, determined and self confident.
Be a 100% committed to doing whatever it takes to succeed.
Be coachable and willing to do the work.

Black Sisters Birth Academy Birth Assistant training was the solution. The training was absolutely phenomenal. I am a only Black working birth assistant here in Kentucky. My results were A1. I was able to break all the barriers.

It was important for me to take a Birth Assistant training with women that looked like me...Since taking the training I have completed all my requirements in order to sit for NARM...and becoming a CPM by the end of the year.

It's amazing...I found the beauty in the training when I first went into the training. I met some amazing women and even some future midwives. Being a birth assistant has helped me a lot…it has opened my eyes to so many things.
