Birth Center Equity

Birth Center Equity was created to make birth center care an option in every community, by growing and sustaining birth centers led by Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC). They envision a word where every community has access to a birth center. Their website provides a list of community birth centers.

Sista Midwife Productions

Since 2012 Sista Midwife Production have been helping families and black birth workers connect. Today, with nearly 1,000 professionals listed, they have the largest and most comprehensive online directory of black birth workers. ​Their directory was created to help BLACK families find BLACK providers.

Black Birthworkers Rock

Black Birthworkers Rock LLC, a national/international social club for Black Birthworkers. The creation of this movement was designed to provide professional development support, empowerment and education to Black Birthworkers who are rocking the Black maternal health communities with initiatives and services.

National Black Doulas Association

The National Black Doula Association connects Black birthing families with Black Doulas nationwide. Their overall mission at NBDA is to help fight the Black Maternal Mortality rate in this country and beyond, through educational development and empowerment. They provide a professional Doula Directory and resources for Black Doulas.
