Black Sisters Birth Academy® Online Birth Assistant Program: $1,500 USD.

Black Sisters Birth Academy® Hybrid Birth Assistant Program: $5,000 USD.
Fees: You will need to set aside an additional $200-$250 USD to purchase your Birth Assistant equipment and supplies.
Payment Plan Options:
Black Sisters Birth Academy® offers two payment plan options: a single payment and an installment plan. Please note that the installment plan includes a 15% installment fee on the total tuition. Additional payment plan options are available through Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services (Affirm, PayPal, AfterPay, or Klarna) when the Pay In Full option is selected at checkout. These BNPL services are typically available on the enrollment checkout page and provide short-term installment financing.
REFUNDS, TERMINATION, AND ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY
Enrolling in the Black Sisters Birth Academy® is non-refundable. All payments or fees made to Black Sisters Birth Academy® are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the program, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Should you choose to terminate the program for any reason, you will remain responsible for the entire balance of the program once you enroll.
Upon termination, your access to all program materials and your student account will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible, and all associated data, progress, and certificates within the program will be removed. It is your responsibility to download any necessary materials before termination.
A request to cancel or withdraw from Black Sisters Birth Academy® will be granted upon formal email submission of the request to support@blacksistersbirth.com.
EXTERNAL CERTIFICATION POLICY
Students are required to maintain all external certifications in good standing for the entire duration of the program. If a student certification expires or is revoked, they must notify the academy immediately and provide proof of renewal or reinstatement. Failure to maintain external certifications required for participation in this program will result in termination from the program.
PROGRAM EXTENSION, TERMINATION, AND ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY
You may request a program extension at any time within six (6) months from your enrollment date at Black Sisters Birth Academy®. To extend your program for an additional three (3) months beyond its original expiration date, please submit a written request to support@blacksistersbirth.com. A Program Extension Fee of $300 USD will apply.
Each student is permitted a maximum of one (1) program extension. It is your responsibility to request and pay for any extension before your program access expires. A 7-day grace period will apply for students who fail to apply for a program extension before their program expires. After this 7-day grace period has expired, failure to extend your program when necessary will result in the termination of your enrollment at Black Sisters Birth Academy®. Students whose enrollment is terminated due to program expiration will be required to reapply and pay the full program fee.
Upon termination, your access to all program materials and your student account will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible, and all associated data, progress, and certificates within the program will be removed. It is your responsibility to complete any outstanding modules, assignments, quizzes, exams, clinical experience and/or paperwork, or scheduled training (if applicable), and to download any necessary materials before your program expiration date.
