Step 1: Review Academy Prerequisites & Download Checklist

Step 2: The Application Process
Once your documents are gathered and the next annual January cohort enrollment window opens, candidates on the Priority Review List will receive their official application links directly via email two days before the standard waitlist. General applicants must re-enter the bridge during our open enrollment window by completing Step 1 of our admissions process (the Birth Assistant Readiness Quiz) to unlock any remaining slots in the active quene. Submissions are reviewed for clinical alignment within 24 to 48 business hours.
Step 3: Admissions Interview & Enrollment
Qualified hybrid applicants, will be invited to a brief clinical alignment interview to finalize their application. Following a successful interview, you will receive your official enrollment decision and a direct link to complete your tuition payment. Due to our annual cohort size of six seats, enrollment must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance to maintain your placement. 👉🏾 Note on Tuition Reinvestment: If you purchased the Clinical Prep Bundle, your $27 investment is officially anchored to your professional file. When you submit your application during our next annual January cohort enrollment window and are accepted, this investment will be credited directly toward your tuition upon enrollment.
