Greetings Community Midwives &
Welcome to Black Sisters Birth Academy®!

Black Sisters Birth Academy® trains aspiring Black midwives and aspiring Black birth assistants to become certified birth assistants to community midwives attending births in out-of-hospital settings through a proven step-by-step online curriculum-based birth assistant program intentionally designed with them in mind. Within this program students are required to complete their clinical experience with community midwives.

We here at Black Sisters Birth Academy® is honor that you are giving our student an opportunity to enhance their clinical skill set by being of service to your midwifery practice and birthing families.
In this Informational video provided below, we will cover the required paperwork and clinical experiences necessary for each student to complete their certification with us. Thank you in advance once again for your dedication to humanity and to birth.
